The celebrations in honour of St. Dominic in Vittoriosa were once again enriched by a very special musical presence, as the Banda Città di Augusta from Sicily travelled to Malta to take part in the feast of St. Dominic for the fifth time.
The participation of the Banda Città di Augusta has now become a cherished part of the festivities, strengthening the beautiful bond that exists between the people of Vittoriosa and Augusta, two cities united by their deep devotion to St. Dominic.
Every year, the band makes the journey from Sicily to Malta to contribute its musical talents to the celebrations in Vittoriosa.
